Tomato Jam

Ingredients:

2 pints grape tomatoes cut in half, seeded
1/3 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Simmer over low heat until thickened.
  2. Serve cold or room temperature with meats or cheeses.
