Spicy Pecans

Ingredients:

2 1/2 C pecan halves
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1 Tbsp brown sugar
* for a spicier mix add 1/2 tsp chile de arbol

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and mix with pecans.
  2. Mix rest of ingredients and toss with pecans.
  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spread pecans over paper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  5. Cool and store in container in refrigerator for up to a month.
