Ingredients:
2 1/2 C pecan halves
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1 Tbsp brown sugar
* for a spicier mix add 1/2 tsp chile de arbol
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and mix with pecans.
- Mix rest of ingredients and toss with pecans.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spread pecans over paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Cool and store in container in refrigerator for up to a month.
