Ingredients:
1 1/2 C flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1 C nonfat milk
1/2 C canned pumpkin
1 egg
1 Tbsp oil
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients together and then combine with dry just until moistened.
- Heat an oiled griddle over medium heat and cook 1/4 C portions of batter. When bubbles form on top, turn and cook other side.
- Pecans or berries may be added after pouring batter on griddle if desired. Serve with butter and syrup.
