3 large semi firm nectarines, diced
3 green onions thinly sliced, (white and green tops)
1-2 serrano chilies or jalapenos, finely minced
1/4 C chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp kosher salt
juice of 1 lime
- Combine all ingredients together. Taste and adjust salt to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
