Kickin’ Chicken

Ingredients:

1-  .75 oz package panko coated, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce

  1. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cayenne over tops of chicken breasts.
  2. Heat oil in skillet to medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides until light and crisp. About 3 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer chicken to preheated 375º oven for 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink on inside.
  4. Microwave butter and hot sauce for 30 seconds. Pour over chicken and serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
