Ingredients:
1- .75 oz package panko coated, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and cayenne over tops of chicken breasts.
- Heat oil in skillet to medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides until light and crisp. About 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to preheated 375º oven for 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink on inside.
- Microwave butter and hot sauce for 30 seconds. Pour over chicken and serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
