Ingredients:
Unbaked 9″ pie shell
3 eggs
1 C milk
1/2 C cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 C Cooked, diced meat and/or vegetable
1 C shredded cheese
1 1/2 Tb fresh herbs, minced
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream and salt.
- Spread meat and/or vegetables over the crust. Pour milk mixture over these ingredients. Top with cheese and herbs.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is set.
