2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno, seeded
1/2 tsp sriracha chili sauce
1/2 tsp ground cumin
4 roma tomatoes, seeded and quartered
1/2 C cilantro leaves
juice of 1 lime
2- 15 oz cans black beans, drained
salt and pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients except beans and salt and pepper into bowl of food processor. Roughly chop ingredients.
- Add beans and process until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Swirl some sriracha over the top. Garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve with chips.
