Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:

5 scallions
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno, seeded
1/2 tsp sriracha chili sauce
1/2 tsp ground cumin
4 roma tomatoes, seeded and quartered
1/2 C cilantro leaves
juice of 1 lime
2- 15 oz cans black beans, drained
salt and pepper to taste

  1. Put all ingredients except beans and salt and pepper into bowl of food processor. Roughly chop ingredients.
  2. Add beans and process until smooth.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Swirl some sriracha over the top. Garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve with chips.
